Why Rcado?
Selling
List once. Share everywhere.
Photos, title, price - if the catalogue recognises your item, the specs come from there. Then you share one link: in messenger and club groups, in forums, by email or as a QR poster at the airfield. Every route leads back to your listing.
Buyers message you here, your number stays private.
Safe setting
Your number stays private - until you share it yourself.
Phone numbers and email addresses never appear in a listing; buyers message you in the chat. New accounts can’t send contact details or links there during their first days.
- New listings and first messages only work with a connection from the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland - not via VPN, Tor or data centres.
- Every listing and every message can be reported - we review every report.
- We check serial numbers of transmitters, receivers and turbines against a theft register. To the register
Real prices
What is it worth used? Real sales tell you.
For catalogue products we show the range and median of reported sales. So you can see whether a price is fair before you get in touch.
Anonymous and only from 5 sales of a product.
From the founder
It’s still quiet here - but that’s changing.
I built Rcado because used RC gear is scattered across far too many places today: classifieds without the right filters, forum threads that sink after a few days, and groups where nobody can find anything any more. But a market only works when people meet in one place.
This is that place - for everything that flies, drives and floats. With filters that know the hobby, real sale prices for orientation and a theft register.
To make it work, I need you: list your gear and feel free to share the link in your groups and forums. Set up a search alert and we’ll let you know as soon as something suitable turns up. Everything is free for you.
