Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU’s former online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued.

We are not obliged to monitor third-party information (Sections 7 to 10 DDG, Art. 6 and 8 DSA). When notified of illegal content, we review it and remove it without delay where necessary. Despite careful maintenance, we accept no liability for the accuracy of the editorial catalogue data and price statistics.

We link to retailers’ shops and other third-party sites whose content we have no influence over. The respective operator is responsible for them. If we become aware of legal violations, we remove the link.
