Before you write

• Reporting a listing or message: Use “Report” on the listing or message. This works without an account too, and the report goes straight to moderation.
• Questions about using the site: Answers are under How it works.
• Login link doesn’t arrive: Check your spam folder and request the link a second time. If that doesn’t help, send us the email address you want to log in with.

What you can write to us about

• Objections to a blocked listing or account or to an entry in the theft register. Please name the listing or serial number and, if you have one, a proof (receipt, photo).
• Retailers: Questions about signing up, the product feed or product matching. Sign-up is via For retailers.
• Data protection: Access, correction or deletion. You can also delete your account yourself in your profile.
• Security vulnerabilities: If you’ve found a bug that could put other people’s data at risk, please write to us directly and don’t disclose it publicly yet. Describe where and how it occurs.
• Press, clubs, suggestions: Welcome - briefly, with a sentence on the background.
